International Students - Applying to SMS

Applying to St. Margaret's is the first step in becoming a member of our community. We seek students who will thrive here, therefore your application will be considered carefully by an admission committee. In order to make an admission decision which is best for you and for the school, the committee will evaluate your past academic performance as well as your recognized potential, the results of standardized and admission testing, teacher recommendations and your extracurricular activities and talents.

How To Apply
St. Margaret's School operates on a rolling admissions policy. However, we encourage families to submit an application by early spring. Preference for need-based financial aid is given to applications received by February 1.

During the year, the admission office will be travelling to the following cities: Taipei, Taiwan; Seoul, South Korea; Tokyo, Japan; Hong Kong, China; and Bangkok, Thailand. The admission tour is scheduled from late October to mid November, please contact our Admission Office to confirm travel dates and to arrange an interview.
