St. Margaret's has strong leadership, a balanced budget and full enrollment. The five-year strategic plan adopted in 2001 is designed to solidify St. Margaret's position as one of the country's best small schools for girls. A group of more than 50 people developed the plan, including board members, key administrators and representatives of alumnae, parents, faculty and staff. They established goals for 13 essential facets of the school's operations and suggested steps for reaching them. |
