Associates Degree in Business Management with Specialization in Accounting from Rappahannock Community College.

Mrs. Carpenter comes to St. Margaret's after 12 years with Ingleside Vineyards as Director of Administration. with an additional 18 years experience in public school finance and private sector accounting. Her primary duties at SMS include accounts payable, payroll and employee benefits and assisting with the day to day operations of the business office.

She lives off campus with husband Keith and one very spoiled little dog, Dixie.
