"For me, being a residential faculty member at SMS is an enjoyable blend of lifestyle and occupation."
Mr. Krusz began teaching math at Chatham Hall before deciding to pursue a Law degree. After graduating, he worked at a Connecticut firm for five years, practicing business and tax law. He first came to SMS to teach math and has now risen to one of the busiest people on campus.
As the Dean of School Life, Mr. Krusz organizes both faculty and student schedules, covering meetings, classes, extra-curriculars, and study hall. He also is on the Student Weekend Activities Committee that plans cultural, service, and social events throughout the year, in addition to many disciplinary roles. Mr. Krusz also has time to teach AP Calculus classes. He is one of St. Margaret’s most dedicated faculty members, present in all-areas of school life.
He lives off campus with his wife, Mary-Lynn, and his two children, Emma and Carter.
