Mrs. Gross has over a decade of experience as a high school guidance counselor. She has also served children and adolescents in her role as prevention specialist and student assistance counselor with the local community services board. She loves working with young people to help them find their niche in the world and guide them to choose a college and career that will be the right fit for their interests and abilities.

She is a native of the area and lives on her family’s farm with her husband, Butch and children, Larkin and Arria.
