SMS International Festival Day 2004 |

| Students immerse themselves in another culture each spring in preparation for the SMS International Festival. Teams of 10-12 students choose a country to research, prepare a display table and present a brief cultural program in front of the whole school and a panel of judges. In addition to the presentations, festival highlights include the parade of nations, international dinner and medal ceremony. | ||
The Mexico team showed lots of spirit in its five-minute cultural presentation. 
The silver medal-winning French West Indies team chose a carnivale theme for its costume and presentation. 
Members of the Honduras team enjoyed their "Follow the Leader" dance as much as the audience did. |
