It’s never too early to start planning for the upcoming school year. Here at St. Margaret’s, we have already begun implementing an important change in how parents will order books for 2007-2008.
The school is moving to an online book ordering program which will benefit families and SMS. “Through this program, parents who purchase used books can realize a cost savings,” said Chief Financial Officer Nancy Smith. In addition to used books, this program offers a year-end buy-back program which can result in additional savings.
SMS will also benefit from this program in the form of increased storage space and devoting personnel to other important tasks.
The online bookstore will be open for business on July 16, 2007 and can be accessed through their website at www.mbsdirect.net
Parents will receive a postcard in the mail this summer with complete ordering instructions.
