SMS Announces Honor, Merit Roll Students
Tappahannock, VA (December 10, 2001) - Hard work and good study habits have paid off for students at St. Margaret's School, who have earned spots on the school's honor and merit rolls for the first trimester of the 2001-2002 academic year.
Students named to the honor roll have an average of 90 or above with no grade below a B. Local students include sophomore Alli Johnson of Aylett and freshmen Annie Arnest of Kinsale, Catherine Chilton of Lancaster, Neillee Katona of Dunnsville and Palmer Ware of Dunnsville. Boarding students named to the honor roll include seniors Anne Czechanski, Carter Holloway and Virginia King; juniors Emily Chang, Kaoru Hoshino and Jessie Malm; sophomores Cecilia Farfan and Cariad Shepherd; and freshmen Rachel Chang, Eun Young Lee and Hye-Yoon Lee.
Students earning merit roll recognition have an average of 87 or above with no grade below a C. Local students include seniors Nikki Clark of Lively, Taylor Ellis of Dunnsville, Olivia Longest of Tappahannock, Heather Porter of Walkerton, Kelly Proctor of Urbanna, Ruth Redfearn of Kinsale, Rachelle Slotnick of Tappahannock, Sarah Taliaferro of Center Cross and Brittany Walker of Callao; sophomores Lauren Crockett of Irvington and Jessica Stokes of Tappahannock; and eighth-grader Sarah Reilly of Walkerton.
