Tappahannock (May 23, 2003) - Students in Mollie Conklin's ecology class at St. Margaret's School taught Aylett Country Day School five-year-olds about the Rappahannock River one recent morning. Here, an ACDS pupil reads a salinity gauge with help from an SMS friend. St. Margaret's girls also pulled a seine net to show their young visitors what lives in the river, and helped them get a good look at Osprey chicks on the school's nesting platform. |
