Head of School Margaret R. Broad is pleased to announce the names of students who have earned a place on the St. Margaret’s School honor and merit rolls for the second trimester of the 2007-2008 academic year.

Students named to the honor roll have earned an average of 90 or above with no grade below a B. Local students include senior Martha Joslyn of Tappahannock; junior Anna Beth Lawler of Sandy Point; and sophomores Betsy Joslyn and Abby Odell both of Tappahannock, Sarah Gibson of Montross, Maggie Keilhauer of White Stone, and Hannah Newman of Lancaster.

Other students named to the honor roll include seniors Stephanie Hanson, Martha Reynolds, and Michka Sharpe; juniors Joan Ge and Sarah Keating; sophomores Sujin An, Amelia Chen, Natalie Clark, Erika Houng, Misa Kamichi, Veronica Kimmerly, Linh Tran, and Tianbai Xu; freshmen Maggie Allen, Brianna Oh, and Marley Rudolf; and eighth grader Victoria Buseck.

Students who earned merit roll recognition have an average of 87 or above with no grade below a C. Local students include senior Danielle Creel of Dunnsville; juniors Meghan Cooke and Ryan Martin both of Tappahannock, Corbin Brooks of Millers Tavern, and Scarlett Gregory of King William; sophomores Rebecca McKinley and Ivy Turner also of Tappahannock; freshman Rebecca Parker of Walkerton; and eighth-grader Ellie Shields of Kinsale.
