The St. Margaret’s Cross Country Team claimed the top spot against West Point during a tri-meet at home Oct. 8. Essex County fielded three JV runners for the competition.

St. Margaret’s senior Caroline Casey finished first with a time of 22:59. Senior Quinn Kolbe took second and junior Sujin An finished third for the Scotties, taking the fifth slot overall.

The Scotties will take on Collegiate in Richmond on Oct. 22 and will finish out the season with a League of Independent Schools meet at St. Christopher’s on Oct. 31.
