Weekend Leave Information

An Open Weekend Leave Form must be completed by parents/guardians requesting an overnight or multiple night leave from campus, including visits home.

Forms can be returned any of the following ways:
E-mail; send via e-mail now by filling out the form and clicking the Submit Now button to send. Please follow up with a phone call to Keith Krusz or Donna Soule 804-443-3357 extn: 3026 to confirm and authenticate your email;
 Fax; print the form and fax to (804) 443-3069 Attn: Keith E. Krusz, Dean for School Life; or
 Postal mail; print the form and mail to: Keith E. Krusz, Dean for School Life, St. Margaret's School, PO Box 158, Tappahannock, VA 22560-0158.

Students requesting Open Weekend Leave permission for stay at any location other than her home residence must include a written invitation from the host/hostess in addition to parent/guardian permission. Forms sent via e-mail require a confirmation phone or voice message to Keith Krusz ext. 3026 or Donna Soule ext. 3030 at St. Margaret's School 804-443-3357. Open Weekend Leave requests may be denied if a student has other assigned responsibilites, such as study hall and/or marks detention.
